Experience a little slice of Paradise! There are two main elements that make living in Tampa, Florida remarkable; weather and water. The Simpson Residence is a 6,000 sf house resting neatly on Old Tampa Bay. Sunsets and aged dark rum from charred oak barrels are the order of the day.
Rest, sun and pool time, were the requirements for this South Tampa Bungalow. Influenced by the Louisiana Bungalow style, this home is a haven for a newly married couple.
One unique element in the house is the hard wood floors. They were reclaimed from a 100 year ware house in Atlanta, milled, sanded and placed throughout the first floor. The final result is stunning.
Seeking to find inspiration in the history of Paris. Architect, Rick Hampton, spent 2-1/2 weeks wandering around the city of lights. The trip was an opportunity to revisit the city he spent a year studying while in college. Attending the Ecole Des Beaux-Arts, was the single most influential experience of his career.
The Exit 10 Cafe provides a place to wet your whistle and enjoy a nice meal. The design concept for the project was “Route 66 meets a RV.” We started with the crazy idea of putting a RV inside the building. Working closely with the Lazydays staff and craftsmen, we were able to purchase and install an actual RV shell inside the building.
